We will also do a Kundalini yoga Kriya (reserve energy set) and receive a Tao blessing of Da Ai which means the Greatest Love to integrate the light and shadow of love.   \nIt is part of the human experience to feel loss. Loss can be in the form of heartbreak\, saying goodbye\, a loved one passing\, homesickness\, leaving a career\, or graduating. Sometimes it feels like you are in perpetual grief\, leading to us unconsciously building heart walls to prevent being ever hurt again. Grief is love that has nowhere to go. DESCRIPTION:Dear everyone \nLast week’s class was a deep dive into how we are a victim\, bully and rescuer in every single relationship.  \nThis week’s class is going to be a deep dive into our blockages in gratitude. I used to think the opposite of gratitude is taking people for granted.  Actually\, the opposite of “receiving everything as a blessing” is “receiving everything as a suffering”.  Instead of being grateful for seeing the good in everything\, it’s feeling resentful for the negative in everything. \nTHE BODY DOESN’T LIE. If you FORCE yourself to think everything is a blessing and see the perfection in everything\, you can be SPIRITUAL BYPASSING. I know because I used to do this to myself\, and my liver was ANGRY. \nOnly in allowing ourselves to FEEL the totality – all the ways we are abused AND all the ways we abuse others\, can we arrive at true gratitude for how others forgive us and how we forgive others.  \nThe truth is\, there is good and bad in every situation.  We all like to skip the bad and jump straight to seeing the good. \nBring your A Game to the class as Master Howie Leang will help facilitate the experience of gratitude. DESCRIPTION:Hi everyone \nIf you have lower back pain\, knee pain\, ankle pain\, spine issues\, (or if you want to learn how to transform your clients)\, you most definitely don’t want to miss next Friday’s journey from FEAR to the Greatest Light\, where we learn and download transmissions to gain trust\, strength\, support and foundation.   \nIf you have fearful parents and your subconscious mind is full of fearful thoughts (aka the voice of your mother / father)\, you definitely want to bring your issues to class.  For me\, my mother and grandmother were refugees (escaped communist in a boat) and she has a fear of being a victim\, being poor\, being looked down on\, being powerful\, and knowing God / spiritual stuff.  If you have no fears but your clients have fears\, then you also want to take this class to know how to stabilize them! \nThis week\, I downloaded that the stress response of Fight\, Flight\, Freeze and Fawn is stored in our hips\, ankles\, heart/womb and third chakra respectively.  \n* If you don’t feel safe\, e.g. you get defensive easily\, that’s in the hips.  (Practice: Greatest forgiveness)\n* If you want to run away\, e.g. you want to avoid\, that’s in the ankles.  (But when you avoid your pain\, you are also avoiding your gift and you don’t move forward in life).  (Practice: Greatest Light)\n* If you want to freeze\, e.g. heart walls\, you can’t receive God’s abundance in health love and finances.  (Practice: total submission to God = being ONE with all existence)\n* If you people please\, e.g. compromise yourself for others\, you are going to feel weak in the solar plexus and have digestive issues. (Practice: Greatest Humility)  \nThat’s why the next 3 weeks will feature yoga teachers that help us MOVE the BLOCKAGES out of the BODY.  This Friday we are most blessed to have Sheila Smith.  Sheila has over 10 years of teaching experience and is certified level 2 Kundalini yoga.  She is passionate about creating community and camaraderie and she loves helping students connect to their higher self through the technology of Kundalini yoga! Why is it easier for men to have fears than to trust? \nYou absolutely don’t want to miss this Friday\, our journey from anger to forgiveness\, especially if you are a woman and you want to prevent breast cancer and have optimal reproductive health.  If you have fibroids / cysts\, you don’t want to miss the blessings on your liver.  (Next Friday is fear). \nIf you are a beginner\, make a list of every person that you think have “wronged” you and come ready to let it go.\nIf you are advanced\, after you make the list\, cross it out and see the perfection / blessings that came out of each pain.
